At Touch Money University (TMU), we strive to provide quality products and excellent service to our customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not entered processing, production, or shipment.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has begun processing, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

Limited Releases & Pre-Orders

Due to the exclusive nature of many TMU collections and limited-edition releases, all limited-release and pre-order purchases are considered final sale once processing begins. Cancellation requests for these items will only be considered within the initial 24-hour cancellation window.

Subscription Purchases (If Applicable)

If TMU offers subscription-based products, memberships, or recurring purchases, customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle begins will take effect for the following billing period.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and typically take 7–10 business days.
