1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (choose your window).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel

  • Customized or limited-edition pieces (optional—edit if needed)


2. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • The same item if defective or damaged

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the issue and your order number.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Touch Money University is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


6. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  3. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization number.


7. Store Credit (Optional)

Customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire.
