1. Order Processing Time

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or delays during transit.

If your package is lost, stolen, or shows “delivered” but you did not receive it — please contact the carrier first. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll work with you to file a claim or assist as needed.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos and order info — we’ll help resolve it (replacement or refund).
8. We ship to select international destinations, including countries across Europe, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia, and the Middle East. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
