  • Once items are shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to you (the customer). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after dispatch, unless the damage was our error or negligence.

7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Touch Money University, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging, if applicable.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability).

Customers must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Touch Money University.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
